I initially signed up with them because they had an unlimited bandwidth and unlimited space offer. They were the cheapest at the time to offer that, so it was the sole reason I chose them. It also covered 3 domains. Lesson: you get what you pay for.

They changed the terms midstream without notification. When speaking to the customer "service" rep, he essentially called me a liar. Even if I had been mistaken (which I was not), that's not something you ever tell a valued customer. My takeaway from that is that I was not valued.

I have since transferred my domains. I put up with years of bad service for the cheap price. To have my service suspended due to bandwidth issues when metrics on my site showed little activity AND I was to have unlimited bandwidth anyway WITHOUT NOTICE, they crossed the line. Oh, and coincidentally, this was as I was trying to register for my 3rd domain. Definitely fishy.
