to this review here My prior experience experience with GISOL are: 1) They withdrew an unauthorized $1,798.20 from my bank account 2) Sent two documents to the Attorney General with forged signatures; and 3) Refused to honor their rebate commitment, as they had promised the Attorney General they would do.
Now, effective November 16th, 2009, they have suspended my account even though it is prepaid through November, 2010. My conversation with GISOL’s Jonathan went as follows: He said that the reason my account was suspended was because it had been hacked by someone from Turkey and the site had been compromised. The solution, he said, was that I would have to open a new account, AND, since all their accounts are for three years he would give me credit for the unused third year of my present account but I would have to pay the two years in advance;
I told him that was an interesting story because earlier that day I had Googled GISOL and read the remarks of another GISOL customer who complained that GISOL had shutdown his site because of the same Turkey hacker. I told him I expected him to honor our three-year contract and restore the account for the remaining year. He said he can’t do that. So, Jonathan is not going to return the unused portion (their policy is credit refunds only) and he refused to even consider a one-year account.
