I just talked with Jonathan at GISOL. He said that the reason my account was suspended was because it had been hacked by someone from Turkey and the site had been compromised. The solution, he said, was that I would have to open a new account. AND, since all their accounts are for three years he would give me credit for the unused third year of my present account but I would have to pay the two years in advance;

I told him that was an interesting story because earlier today I had Googled GISOL and read a complaint from another GISOL customer who complained that GISOL had shutdown his site because of the same Turkey hacker. I told him I expected him to restore the account for the remaining year. He said he can't do that.

So, Jonathan is not going to return the unused portion (their policy is credit refunds only) and he refused to even consider a one-year account.
