GISOL used pressure sales tactics to sell me on renewing for 3 years - with a refund amount if I stayed beyond the first 6 months - THERE WAS NO REFUND - so the deal is NOT A DEAL!

GISOL promises upto date stats on your site - they don't work and the techies don't have a clue how to get it to work - so they suggest you sign up for a third party stats program...

GISOL techies on the trouble line seem more interested in excusing their non-service than fixing your problem.

When you complain to management the response is "why are you (the customer) being such a pain in the ass?" They don't care!!!

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS GROUP - DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR SALES PITCHES BECAUSE THEY ARE LIES!
