By filling out a ticket, the Customer Relations Department staff will investigate your claim and contact you via telephone within approximately 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Claims pertaining to various issue may exceed the 72 hour response time, however, a response to your issue will be provided in a timely fashion.

YEAH sure GISOL
you have to actually do the things you say -NOT write them and then ignore your customers

If you were serious you would review your trouble tickets for the last two years and see if they were resolved - if not contact those people and apologize and give a few months of free service.

You have one of the worst reps in the business and it did not happen over night!

if you resolved your problems in house we would not be here complaining
