I had a contract with Gisol since 2005, never had any major problems with them until my account was suspended yesterday for exceeding my unlimited limit. I called today to find out why, and to see if I could correct the problem. I was told that I could "upgrade" when I said I would rather get the services I paid for (over a year remains on my contract). they will not let me have access to my data unless I pay more money ($560 actually) which I told them is extortion. long story short, the conversation ended with the agent telling me to "go F#@k myself"
