They coerced me into upgrading and said it was mandatory. I thought for one year, but they billed me for three years. I sent a letter cancelling my account and also a letter to VISA to initiate a chargeback. It was denied because I did not use the button on their site -- which I had not seen. I have filed a complaint with the County of Los Angeles, Dept. of Consumer Affairs and also with the Better Business Bureau. I am out $898.20 and will advise peole to not use this company. I tell people about my experience with this company. They can reach their own conclustins. They say I knew it was for three years, but I did not. They say I did not attempt to reach them to cancel -- then what is a certified return receipt requested letter to that fact?
