Out of the blue with no warning they supposedly let my domain name lapse. I have the email they originally sent that says that I paid up front $238.80 that cover setup and domain registration fees, and my first 30 months of service. It is dated 17May2006. This is 30Jun2006 and as of yesterday my domain name is no longer valid so I have no email capability for either myself or my wife and our web site is no longer available for anyone.

There is a place on their site for domain name renewal. That site shows that my domain name was tagged "Do not renew ($0.00)".

I have tried talking by phone and chat line to customer service, tech support, or anyone else I could get ahold of. They all tell me to email sales@gisol.com. I tell all of them to think how silly that request is since they have shut down my ability to use email. How am I supposed to accomplish the feat since they took that privilige from me? I have called sales and they have told me to do the same thing. I have been told to fill out a trouble ticket which I have and have amended. I have asked for the status on that trouble ticket and I am told that it takes a senior tech to respond and they are not senior techs. They gave me a phone number for the senior techs but of course the number just rings and rings until finally there is a message that says that number is not available.

From reading other postings it appears that they want me to go somewhere else so they can have my space to sell to someone else and they will keep my money for the months that are not going to be used.

I got screwed and did not see it coming.

I did not get an email or a phone call saying there was a problem with my domain name. They said they always send a message and that it probably was in the spam folder. Through their site I can still get to the email spam folder and verified there were no messages from GISOL. None in the normal mail folders either. They just shut me down for no reason and without warning.

We got took by this guy but what can I do?
