I had no problem with them until now. But once, there is a problem... it's a big one. I was paid up for my web hosting until March 2007. I was trying to log on to ftp server. It said logon failure. I tried web console login. It said user name/password was wrong. I called Tech support. The guy there said my account was deactivated. I asked why? He said he only knows that it was deactivated. I asked him to put someone who knows why. He put me on hold for about 10 min. then hung up on me.
Then I called the billing department this time. Another guy (Mark) answered. I asked him why my account was deactivated. He put me on hold for a couple of min., then told me my account was deleted Dec. 19, 2006 and I have to set up a new account. (Gasp, I haven't backed-up since my HD was replaced in November.) I asked why was my account deleted without any notification to me when there are over 3 months left until I have to renew? He put me on hold again. And then he asked the last 4 digits of credit card that was used to pay the fee. I told him I paid by a check. Then he told me I should email admin@ to resolve this matter and he can't do anything for me anymore. I just sent an email to admin@. I doubt I will receive any kind of response that I would like to here.

The lesson is that you want to avoid a company like gisol.com when something like this happens. And I doubt any reputable company would have anything like this happen.
