I set up an account with Global and then cancelled (within 12 hrs). I emailed them my desire to cancel & they responded that I had to cancel using a specific cancel page. I did. Received immediate response that I was being chaged 1 month and gave the balance I would be owed. Well that was 2 weeks ago & my VISA does not show any credit. I've seen others with this problem & wish I read these reviews b4 I set up my account. Stay away from this company. They are theives and crooks. Eric
