After two a year of endless problems, I finally realized GISOL has zero customer support. I have a list of emails I sent them about the same issue going back 9 months. Email is horrible and a lot of major domains particularly aol and so forth completely block any email sent from the GISOL domains.
Most of my customers could not receive our email. Being new to the whole online buisiness i did not realize the damage this did to our reputation and revenue.
They automatically rebilled my credit card and i could not contact them to recover that money.
Phone calls are directed to India who tell you to email GISOL. Emails go unanswered. When I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company, I enterted a 6 month protracted fight.
GISOL is a STRONG AVOID if you are looking for hosting...
