"To prevent from accomplishing a purpose..." is how it is with GISOL, and I believe GLOBAT is the same company because of advertising practices. On customer service/support, using a scale of 1-10, I give GISOL a -2 (negative two). I have been with them since 12/03 and now finally leaving once my contract expires a few months from now. It's like an abusive relationship. I have lost data and money. The servers are slow and constantly offline. and ofcourse, I can't tolerate rudeness.
