We stayed with them for over 2 years now. We even started to doubt all the bad reviews they had online. Thinking maybe they had changed for the best. Time to renew our domain, we do our best in doing in time and after a month of trying to find out if it's been renewed or not, they put us expired domain category and tried to charge us ridiculous amount of money per month to recuperate domain and hosting account. Asked to cancel the contract and they ripped another $250 for early termination contract. After we had already renewed $190 worth of 2 years contract. All in all, when 1000's people on internet says "stay away" don't think you're clever than them, JUST STAY AWAY!

This people trick me over a phone conversation I call requesting a domain renewal, they told me that they were going to charge me $57.40 for renewing my domain name. I asked them why so expensive they told me that it was because my domain fell into redemption time so I agree then... I gave them my credit, and next they guess what happened they charge me $1700.00 to my credit card, and later then they refuse to talk to me over the phone they kept hanging on me, this company is fully fraudulent!, this happened 3 month ago I'm still fighting to get my money back!

I was also scammed by these crooks. I signed up for a $200 package and was charged $1798.20. When I filed a dispute with my CC company GISOL submitted a forged document by taking the onlign signed user agreement signature (which you sign when making your purchase) and copying and pasting it to a document they provide to your credit card company claiming that you signed an agreement for some rediculas amount of money. GISOL also sends you a letter by registered mail which you have to sign for which states that you signed up for a different package. Then, they use copies of the proof of delivery of that letter as proof to your CC company that you recieved the forged document, signed it and returned it to them.
The best thing to do if you have been scammed by GISOL is to cancel your credit card and have a new one reissued with a new number. I have read where some people have had charges to thier CC after not having an account with GISOL for over four years. Stay away from GISOL and if you have been scammed by them, good luck on getting your money back!

I originally set up my site and registered my domain through GISOL. It wasn't long before I moved my site to a different company for hosting (because GISOL was terrible), but I haven't transferred the domain yet because last time I paid for a few years but they have previously let it expire on me. I contacted AllDomains and was told I have to pay $99.95 to activate my site or wait 36 days until it's available again. I contacted the toll free support line at GISOL - miracle I got someone - but of course they tell me I have to call the other line - not a toll free line - and I am immediately put on hold without being talked to. Hung up after 10 minutes and will send an email. If that doesn't work I guess I will wait the 36 days. I am very happy this is my hobby website and not one of my important ones. I'm not sure how they stay in business - I found this site searching for reviews of them and was shocked to read all the negative things. I sure wish there was this much information out there years ago when I first signed up with them.

Gisol is trying to scam me out of $1798.20. Their false advertising/bait-and-switch seemed back enough and then they had the gall to send forged documents to my credit card! I have sent all the evidence I could accumulate to all the agencies I could. Definitely go to report-gisol.com and register if you are a victim as well. Hopefully we can all find each other.

Has caused my company enormous grief. GISOL / OneStopNet have acted fraudulently. We are now supplying information to the Better Business Bureau and State Attorney's Office regarding the matter.

They coerced me into upgrading and said it was mandatory. I thought for one year, but they billed me for three years. I sent a letter cancelling my account and also a letter to VISA to initiate a chargeback. It was denied because I did not use the button on their site -- which I had not seen. I have filed a complaint with the County of Los Angeles, Dept. of Consumer Affairs and also with the Better Business Bureau. I am out $898.20 and will advise peole to not use this company. I tell people about my experience with this company. They can reach their own conclustins. They say I knew it was for three years, but I did not. They say I did not attempt to reach them to cancel -- then what is a certified return receipt requested letter to that fact?
