to this review here Technically savvy, excellent uptime, good security features, quick tech. support responses. It's good to have a Linux server that I can ssh into now that I don't run my own. On the other hand it's a bit shy on automated install scripts--if you want to be able to hit a button and have everything magically work, they don't have that feature.
They do have a custom control panel that works well, and gives you some database-inspection ability, which partly makes up for the fact that they don't give you phpmyadmin by default.
My big complaint is that the low-end plan offers SO little storage--I once built a single package and, between the object files and source code, exceeded my 100Mb quota. To their credit, they just warned me that I was over quota and I deleted files--they didn't silently charge me, or charge me at all, since I got the files off in time.
I am looking for a new host, though, partly because of space, and partly because the new app I just completed uses PHP5 features and they're still on PHP4.
