I came to fatcow from Interland a long time ago, and I have been very pleased. Fatcow always warns me ahead of time of scheduled maintenance down times, and those are always middle of the night, weekend. The last time I needed support I was able to get a customer service person via live chat at 8pm on a Sunday night! Other support emails have all been answered quickly. Their control panel is easy to navigate and understand. I'm constantly recommending fatcow to anyone who asks.

In the first six months of my service with FatCow I have had my site go out and lose emails more often than people change their underwear! Poor customer service, unresponsive and unstable service are the hallmarks of Fatcow. If you need a reliable host save yourself time and find somebody else!

Placed five sites with fatcow and have always gotten excellent service. Email response with 24 hours to queries and always get through to a real person by phone.
