to this review here I have used this web hosting company for at least the last 3 years. My initial experience was good... fast setup, everything worked as it should. But during the last year, the last few months in particular, I have not been able to FTP at times, the site has been completely inaccessible on the web, and e-mail performance is sluggish when it works at all. I have now been told of customers getting "bounce" messages when trying to send e-mail to my domain. I suppose they fixed it, because when I tried to e-mail myself, it didn't bounce... I just never received it at all.
My website isn't baby pictures or fried chicken recipes... it's my livelihood. It's how I eat. And with ehostpros.com I have to constantly be wondering if I'm still in business that day or that week. How much money did I lose because customers couldn't get e-mails to me? I don't even want to think about it.
Plus I'm paying competitive prices for a "drop in the bucket" 50 megs of webspace, and I get a "warning" e-mail whenever I use 48 megs of it. Needless to say, I won't be using this company much longer. If you're looking at this web hosting company, consider what you use it for. If you want to put up a website just to say you have one, fine, but if you plan on making your living with it, look elsewhere for a host.
