We have one of our sites hosted with them and they are good and there servers are fast as mentioned, but the only flaw that I found with them is that they run PHP in safe mode (they said that they do so for security reasons) which I have to agree.

The ability to host multiple domains is a great, Overall I am very satisifed with them.
