I had three accounts with DRW. They were all canceled when I closed my business several years ago. I still have all the paperwork and emails from when I canceled. They sent me to collections for all the accounts, saying that I never canceled. DRW has refused to discuss the matter. They were reported to the better business bureau - but even the better business bureau could get a hold of a live person. They are now under investigation my the Ontario Ministry of Consumer and Government Services. I have contacted a lawyer and will be dealing with them that way. TRY CALLING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER - I guarantee you won't get a hold of anyone. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!

There is no truth to this claim at all.

If this client had actually closed their account using our online account cancellation form we would have closed their account, and never sent them to collections.

Further to this, there is always support staff available by phone 24 hours a day 365 days a year by english speaking tech support staff located in Canada and the USA.

Our billing department is open from 9:30am to 5:30pm via phone monday to friday and via e-mail 24 x 7 and 99% of billing issues are resolved within 24 hours.

We have an ongoin relationship with the better business bureau and we have no complaints from the ministry of consumer or government services.

Go ahead, try calling our toll free number... 1-866-230-5329 (it works in Canada and the USA) we want our customers to contact us. :-)
