to this review here I've been with drw.net for almost 4 years... and I have to say, there is "some" truth to the posts here... Drw.net went through a really bad time last year, from the summer to this spring, things were difficult, response times were longer than any of us would have liked.
BUT, in there defence, I have choosen to renew my account for another year.
DRW was always honest about the problems, they had staffing issues and growing pains... But they have moved past them now.
Phone support is available 24 x 7 x 365 and is always answered promptly by an english speaking person... which is a nice plus.... and usualy under 2 or 3 minutes. I think the longest I have waited on hold was 6 minutes in the last 2 or 3 monhts.
And.. the servers and service has been wonderful, always up, and any issues I have had have been addressesed.
Lets be realistic, no host is ever going to be 1000% perfect, and at least DRW.Net treated us with respect and told us the truth about the problems.
Call them, they always answer the phone now!
