Dreamlink.Net : Dreamlink.Net Reviews : nameservers often down, spam filter overly restrictive

I hosted a Web site and email accounts with Dreamlink for over 6 years. While their Web hosting was acceptable and I never heard reports of downtime from people visiting our site, their name servers were often down and I REGULARLY heard from people that email sent to our accounts bounced. Further, their spam blocking software was so strict, that the most simple, text only emails from parties we regularly corresponded with were often blocked.

Customer support staff were polite and responded quickly, but unempowered to really modify these spam filter settings, and therefore, they were not helpful. I wish them luck, but we've moved on to a real hosting company. If you want flexibility and you want the option of EVER speaking with anyone on the phone, don't choose Dreamlink.
