to this review here Not only are they amazingly priced for what they offer, they are 100% transparent regarding hardware issue and even reply back to comment on their status blog, and twitters.
They also have the best support in the industry.

What are you doing on their servers? I have had a BAD expereince with them for 4+ years now. Constant downtime, and the servers are slow as heck. Customer service tells me that I need to pay for dedicated hosting to get my site to run well...I am only running Wordpress and Zen Cart, and get hardly any users right now. That is NOT dedicated host territory!Ditching them for Blue Host tonight!
