to this review here These people should be called NIGHTMARE host. They have nobody you can call when there is a problem and I find it to be a HUGE problem when they start charging me for things they shouldn't charge me for. They made several erroneous charges and they fixed two of them, but they are refusing to fix a $190 problem and have my (2) domains held hostage unless I pay them $260! What!!!??? And again... nobody to talk to.
It's a good thing these are the ones I'm building, not the ones I rely heavily on every day. I was dangerously close to that I couldn't imagine if that were the case. They are not worth the risk. There are several others that have phone number and professional customer services that will help you. These guys only have email and though they reply, they don't actually answer any of your questions and concerns. It's totally frustrating.
