to this review here They were good for a while and luckily for us they began tanking some of their email features right as our 2 year deal was ending. I will be moving elsewhere.
cons: e-mail downtime and no free anonymous ftp support. (they just recently added PAID anon. FTP)

Anonymous FTP means your site needs its own IP address. Those things don't grow on trees.
