to this review here When I was researching webhosts, it was not uncommon to find at least a few complaints about everybody, including the big boys: HostGator, BlueHost, GoDaddy, etc. I actually tried GoDaddy for a month, but bailed after the first day because their website control panel was terrible (still is).
But when I stumbled upon Downtown Hosts, I could not find any complaints about them. Not one. I did find a discount code to make the monthly fee almost a steal, so I took a chance and signed up. That was over three years ago, and I was happy to recently renew my plan. Jorge and his team have by far the best customer service I have ever seen online. I do a fair amount of tech support myself, and I can only hope to treat my customers the same way they treat me. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Plus, they've been around for a fair number of years, so they're not fly-by-night.
DTH is fantastic, and I have zero regrets over choosing these guys over some of the more well-known names. Five stars and two thumbs up!
