to this review here I opened an account 2 weeks ago. My site still does not resolve. I have opened 10 tickets and they keep telling me it is fixed and I check and it is not. I have also called 3 times, and chatted online. I give up, never even got the site off the ground.
Also, using a temporary site name, I could get to my site and it loaded WAY SLOW and all the images would not load.
Horribly oversold. Dont use them period.

i cannot recommend dot5hosting to anyone. customer support is exceptionally terrible and the unreliability of their service is truly unbelievable (sucks!)

dot5hosting really sucks... i just signed up with them yesterday but i just cant seem to figure out why nobody in the company really cares about their customers... i was asking how to add add-on and subdomains and nobody answered my support tickets after a day... i can't even talk to a live person... i think they have all left the building.also, i can't get in the temporary links they sent to my email... the servers are down obviously and nothing really works from the inside.
