to this review here I have been a customer of Canaca for the last few years ago. Over the few weeks I have had more and more complaints from my site visitors and members that my site was down. I have been looking into and found that my down time seems to be increasing and I'm getting very disturbed about it. You advertise a 99.9 uptime rate but look at the link and you can see for yourself that this is not very true. http://uptime.besthostratings.com/viewreport.php?host=canaca_com Over the last 28 months you failed to meet this number 19 times, that means you only met this number 32% of the time. NOT VERY GOOD……. I also have looked back service tickets that I have sent in it would appear that 24 to 60 hours is the normal turnaround time. I sent one in 24 hours ago and have not heard from it. It was marked as URGENT, noting that my site was down, as of this email sent time I still have not heard back. This is very upsetting and very poor technical support and customer support. I have approximately 6 mounts remaining on my contract and I’m already starting to look around at other host providers.
