I have been a customer of Canaca for the last few years ago. Over the few weeks I have had more and more complaints from my site visitors and members that my site was down. I have been looking into and found that my down time seems to be increasing and I'm getting very disturbed about it. You advertise a 99.9 uptime rate but look at the link and you can see for yourself that this is not very true.

Over the last 28 months you failed to meet this number 19 times, that means you only met this number 32% of the time. NOT VERY GOOD…….
I also have looked back service tickets that I have sent in it would appear that 24 to 60 hours is the normal turnaround time. I sent one in 24 hours ago and have not heard from it. It was marked as URGENT, noting that my site was down, as of this email sent time I still have not heard back. This is very upsetting and very poor technical support and customer support.
I have approximately 6 mounts remaining on my contract and I’m already starting to look around at other host providers. I wish that Canaca will get there service together and start offering what is advertised on their website.
