Pros:

* Free - No ads or anything annoying
* Domain hosting
* FTP upload
* PHP, Database and other services

Cons:

* Connection could be faster
* Direct linking to images will redirect you to a 404 page.
* Can't customize the 404 page in the free package.

Overall, it's good for a small personal site.
