AveHost.com : AveHost.com Reviews : Bad technical support, don't even bother to write an email

It's 2008 and not much changed judging by the review from 2005. The company has one person answering phones, so you get voicemail most of the time. Once I managed to get connected, the lady couldn't answer why we have 15 email addresses with our plan, but after setting up 5 of them it tells me that we exceeded our limit (with the 6th one). Well she didn't even try, she informed me that Kirk (I think) was the ONLY person for the whole company who answers email-related questions. She transfered me and I was in his voice mail in no time. So instead I sent them an email. This was yesterday (it's been 20 hours now and still no reply), but I'm not holding my breath as my email question from 10/15/2007 is still unanswered (and it's March of 2008). Our organization will be switching to a better host VERY soon.
