to this review here I'VE BEEN WITH APLUS.NET FOR 10 YEARS.
FOR THE PAST NINE MONTHS, I HAVE HAD AN ECOMMERCE STORE WITH THEM.
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT UNTIL THEY MERGED WITH ANOTHER COMPANY MOVED WEBSITES TO NEW SERVERS.
23 DAYS AND COUNTING. MY WEBSITE HAS NOT WORKED FOR 23 DAYS. NO ORDER, NO ANSWERS, NOTHING.
STAY AWAY FROM APLUS.NET. THEY ARE IN A MESS. THEY MAY GO OUT OF BUSINESS IF THEY CAN'T FIX THEIR SHIP!
IT IS SINKING.

I can concur with this. Having been with Aplus for almost 10 years myself, they have completely let their customers fall off a cliff without any compensation or apologies. Their "upgrade" to Hostopia is a joke, and I will be moving my accounts to another company ASAP.

BUT: I've been trying to open another account for a week and no-one at Aplus has a clue. I've written emails, called the useless Chats, and called techs. I talked to one tech in Canada - who sounded like she knew something - and was on the phone for over 1.5 hours. She said she couldn't understand why my sites didn't work and would write me the 3rd trouble ticket in 5 days! I still have no access. I wrote Sales today and cancelled the whole shebang.

I've had an account with Aplus since May 2003. No problems. BUT: I've been trying to open another account for a week and no-one at Aplus has a clue.
