These people are criminals! I signed up for a year of service and they only gave me 11 months. Then I spent a month trying emailing their support team and the idiots never even tried to fix it. When I finally got a response, they said that it had already been processed and there was nothing they could do. They refused to even refund me the money for the month they cheated me out of. Avoid them at all costs
