I have a reseller account that has been down 5 weeks. I can't even access the control panel or publish to the sites. The run around trying to get support is unbelieveable. The response to support tickets appears they are not even being read. Their online feature to contract the CEO directly doesn't even work. I've wasted so much time and lost so much business because of their incompentency I'll be finding a new host as soon as possible. Run from AIT.
