Their email is dysfunctional--this after repeatedly encountering the SAME errors across multiple client sites all hosted on a2hosting. Clearly they haven't got the message that their setup is buggy as all hell. Completely unreliable and NOT a solution for businesses.

Today, as I attempt to make a simple update to a client site, their server is essentially non-responsive. I've been sitting here for the last 30 minutes trying to test a single code tweak...still unsuccessfully. (Yes, yes, I'm SURE they have some excuse covering this issue too.)

Their customer support is atrocious--that is, if you can get a hold of anyone. Their online chat is almost ALWAYS unavailable.

Why don't these business people just become street cleaners? They'd save us all a lot of grief.

Ridiculous.
