to this review here Everything posted on the web site seemed appealing so I joined. Since then, I have regretted every minute of it. There are additional charges for just about everything. But that is not the worst of it. I am trying to run a small business using this provider and the extremely poor website performance (how quickly a page is served) has been turning customers away. In some cases I have waited for 5 minutes to get a simple page displayed, and I frequently get time-out errors. I am now looking for a new provider and will switch as soon as I can ditch this.

That's not true at all. Look at their plans and you'll see that, unlike other hosts, they don't rape you. I've never paid for a single feature - EVERYTHING you could need is included.
