to this review here After trying to receive help through their "help" forum my post kept getting edited and deleted. I then ask for a refund and to cancel my account. Below is the email I rec'd from them. Nasty scumbags. I have reported them to the FCC and you should too!
VodaHost does not operate a refund policy and does not offer a
money back guarantee of any type. This is very clearly stated
in our terms of service (TOS). Please click the below link to

When you originally created your VodaHost web hosting account
you fully agreed to abide by our TOS. Our shopping cart would not
permit you to make your purchase if you did not agree to our TOS.
Your account is fully active and operational and VodaHost has 100%
completely fulfilled any legal and moral obligation it has towards
the functionality and service of your account.
Please let us know if could assist you any further. Thank you
