For a low hosting fee, Siteground does a great job. They installed CRE Loaded on our site for free, and quickly fixed problems we had with our site not working after a domain name change and installing an SSL certificate. They don't do phone support, except for sales, and you have to navigate through their knowledge base to submit a ticket for tech support, but you learn possible solutions you can implement yourself, and I'm sure that's one way they keep their costs down.

Anything is possible with Siteground. Their tech support is better than anywhere Ive experienced in 15 years

Tec' Support is great, truly speedy response from them with any problems I've had due to my inabilities, not their faults with site. Highly recommended Great tutorials on everything about building a site with them!

I am a Joomla-for-Dummies kind of person, and think I found a web hoster for that level. I chose Siteground to host my site cuz they offer extensive, elegantly-written, free tutorials as well as have great online customer service. I give them 10 stars.

Every web hosting Co. says they are the best. So it is up to the customer to do the research. I did mine and came up with Siteground. Up to date I have not been dissapointed regarding price and service. I just signed up for another three years.

I was a student when I first started to create websites and upload them online. At that time I tried several service providers. And about a year ago I found out about SiteGround. I searched reviews on internet and there were both good and bad ones about this company.
Anyways, I still got a hosting and FREE domain name :) for a year just to try. Right now I think I might stop using WEB Hosting. Because I want to apply for a Reseller Hosting. Starting a small business of building websites I found that people want not design and functionality only, but they also need a help with hosting. And I think I will recommend SiteGround to all my current and future clients.

Today I asked for support to setup a script for demo to my clients. There were some things that needed clarification on my end and conversation took so swiftly I hardly noticed and the support staff was courteous. The script was installed right afterwards. I had a very positive experience.

Unbelievable support times. Often tickets are in progress in less than a minute and average fix tate is around 7 minutes with my experience.

Incredible service for very little money. I am so happy with them over the last 4 years that I have a reseller account.

I've never had an issue with my hosting and I run several photo databases with MySQL and PHP. One site has over 3500 1024pixel, 300kB pictures.

I don't even worry about it on a daily basis, it just runs and runs on it's own with little or no input from me.
