SiteGround is HORRIBLE!!!

I have been using ez-web-hosting for 5 years and there were no problems, except for it’s a rip off.

Then I transferred SiteGround. They stepped me through the add on domain process while I was on the phone, they didn’t say that the 120.00 I was spending that moment was non-refundable.

After going back and forth with them with email on their very confusing support ticket system, I cancelled in two days.

They won’t refund me — phuck the 30 days Guarantee.

They will only refund me 51.00 of the 191.00 that I spent!!! They said I should have read all this, yeah right while I’m on the phone. They should tell you that add ons are not refundable. I would have not signed up with them in the first place.

I switched to BLUEHOST.com WOW. 6 add ons for FREE and Ruby Hosting too. It’s faster and there’s 24/7 telephone support in the USA. Amazing host.

Please tell everyone not to use Site Ground.

Strange. I had a similar issue with Siteground. I wanted to cancel an addon feature, but the only money they kept was for the domain name registration. Are you sure you weren't charged for domains only?

Siteground support ticket system is horrible. They are unwilling to talk to you on the phone and you can't just open a general ticket. You have to choose a very specific thing wrong with your site and most of the time that is not what is wrong. Then they close out tickets before they make sure they have helped you and you have to go through the process all over again. Very aggravating. I moved most of my sites to bluehost now from siteground. I will never use them again.

They also have so many security things turned on if you do any kind of advanced site you will run into problems and they will not budge on anything.

They are very strict about how many emails you can send out as well. If you send too many they turn your sight off without warning. Bluehost has the same rules but if you contact them they will up the limit a little for you to help with it.

Siteground is HORRIBLE.

Support ticket is horrible.
I regret deeply that i did switch to them and which i had read review before signing up.

I am currently on an EXPENSIVE VPS and it is not even fast. Just today they had a half a day down.
Before i had downtimes weekly when i was still on shared.
PLEAPLE KEEP YOUR FINGERS OFF THAT SITE!!!!!
