Let's see... our site has been down for 8 hrs Wed to Thursday, then on and off, then down for another 8 hrs from Saturday to Sunday, and today Sunday has been down already for 5 hrs with no hope for them to fix this mess until Monday morning... in between it was down for a couple hours at a time and mostly slow when up... mind you we had just emailed our customers with a 48 hrs special... they couldn't access then extended til Monday and today they still can't access it! We have to call them every 3 weeks to empty the logs otherwise customers can't checkout. It has been an excuse after another. We had the same problems when we were still working on the site and had no traffic. Stay away. Who ever heard of a hosting company with support 9-5 on weekdays only... and ... never an apology and never a credit!
