Its incredible that these guys can call themselves IT professionals.. I paid in advance for a years subscription and I'm regretting the entire experience ever since, my simple exposure of our business to the World Wide Web has been a disappointment with this company. Site has been down half the times. Support sucks! They just don’t get it… they have systemic problems with their virtual web servers and are unable or unwilling to resolve it. Save your money, you stand an equal amount of dependability if you allow your cleaning team to host your service in the basement.
