I am a client with JodoHost since 5 years, I faced an issue with them and knew that they are NOT caring for you at all, they are HAPPY when they suspend you account, they REFUSE to resume you account until taking as much money as they can from you.

Hello Mr. Ashraf,

We have no intention to suspend any account manually, nor we do that, till the account is abusing our servers.

Each account has some credit limit, and after that system allow aprox 10-20 days time to remit negative balance of an account holder. If account holder does not pay till the limit of time, then system automatically suspend the account.

Your right, after your account get suspended due to non-payment we can resume the account only after you pay for the same,because system will again suspend your account if you donot remit the balance.

We are using automatic billing system of Hsphere, and it has some generic rule setuped for each account hosted with Hsphere cp, We cannot change these rule for any specific account using our regular plan.
