Bad Host

With Jodohost, my site gradually degrades to a stand still every 6-7 minutes (yes, it's freaky how accurately you can clock it). It's been this way for weeks now, it starts to get slow at the 3 minute mark, then it's down for a minute or two at about the 5 minute mark, then it's good again for 3 minutes.

This, in itself, would seem like a solvable problem. So, it's off too "Live Chat" for me. After waiting for 5 minutes I get connected with someone who can't understand English. So, 10 minutes later I have to reconnect to roll the dice on hopefully getting someone I can converse with. Finally, I get a broken English typing tech. After some back and forth explaining (and an absolutely ignorant attitude form the tech that I chalk up to broken English), she tells me the site is fixed. But, is it really fixed or are we within that hedonist 3 minute mark where it actually works anyhow ;)?

I explain how it goes down every 6-7 minutes and I am told to contact “Live Chat” each time it does. I say I cannot contact live chat every 6-7 minutes and could she fix the problem, then I get the dreaded and impersonal “This chat session has ended” remark.

I’ve already migrated my site to another host and I won’t be paying for another Month.

Stay Aaaawwaaay from this host (unless you speak India’s native tongue).
