That statement in our FAQs has caused interpretation issues, hence we modified it to make more clear. The complete old statement as referred to by you is and I quote
"When you signup, we guarantee that your price will never increase and your benefits will never decrease. Your original price will remain locked for as long as you prepay for service. Thats right, we not only say that your rate will never increase, we guarantee it in writing!"

The whole statement is meant to be read as a whole with the 2nd sentence being a condition for the first. However, seeing communictaion gaps it created, we have now modified it to remove any possibility of incorrect interpretation.
