my site hosted under their windows server for more than 6 monthsspeed isn't great but isn't so bad.
customer service is helpful but mostly take a day to handle the case.
the worst part is the price/billing,
on 2007 they raise their price from $8 to $15 per month without give any notices.
scare shit out of me when i see the amount they bill. almost 50% more.

We have recasted some of Windows plans - Power User, Webmaster, eCommerce & Business. The primary factor has been the pricing of software licenses and their impacts.
Business plans Linux & Windows have been converted into a Reseller Mode, based on the control panel requirements to manage 30 domains or more.
While it has been our endeavor to provide more feature and resources, at the same price level with each passing day, at times it becomes necessary to raise prices to maintain, improve service quality.
