I have been using Hummingbird hosting for several years, for five of my websites. Until about two months ago, I was quite happy, but recently they changed something in their settings, saying they've upgraded the spam function, and now the spam is not coming through, but neither are the legitimate emails. This applies to all of my websites hosted through them. I have tried to solve this problem with their technical support, but after a month of emailing back and forth they have finally told me that everything is ok on their end. That is impossible, because all of my 5 websites are having the same problems, which means I have to look for another hosting service now. The worst is, my business has suffered a huge blow because it is an online business. So if you are looking for a hosting provider, DO NOT GO FOR HUMMINGBIRD.
