They are abrupt, rude, and don't really care to help you.
Ask around from anyone who has ACTUALLY TALKED TO THEM.
Their staff used for service/support is a JOKE!

I'm using them to host my sites for more than 2 years and I'm impressed by the service they have been providing so far. I'm yet to experience any troubles with them.. As a web designer I have many of my customers hosted there. Definitely recommend Host Gator!
