to this review here I've been with Host For Web for just about 3 years. I own a web development company and we currently have about 50 - 60 domains hosted on varies VPS accounts.
There customer service is always nice and quick (within 15 minutes). All the staff know there stuff back to front and inside out!
I have had a few CPU load issues, but to be fair to HFW, this is because I haven't got a bigger enough VPS account.
They are so good, that I'd be hesitant to try any of the other hosting companies know matter what they were offering.
The only major outage I can remember was when there was a fire in Chicago and even then we were only down for a few hours.
