I read a few positive reviews so I decided to become a client. A mistake on my part. My domain is down pending server availability, something they promised me would be available late last night. So I woke up at 5 AM to set everything up, before yet another day of business revenue is lost. At the end of the conversation the customer service rep hangs up "We are working on it, it will be ready in a few hours" - something they've been repeating for the last day. IMHO rude and unnecessary.

Hopefully they'll prove me wrong.
