I'm paying through the nose for reseller service which i use to support my own client websites. I have one contact inside who has been great whenever I run into problems. The overall support has been less than stellar. They have had a couple of serious outages over the years. 2 or 3 times either the sites and/or email were dead in the water. Things have been ok the last few months.

If i can find a better one I will switch. I've been looking, but I won't make a move based on a recommendation from someone who has like a month experience with a hosting company.
