goDaddy has been super reliable over the last three years. And any technical issues I have had were resolved quickly. They have a variety of customer service contact methods; including on-line issue reports that are acted on relatively immediately. goDaddy's online host interface is a breeze to opperate and offers decent web stat detail for those who whish to analyze traffic to their website. I am pleased with they're service to date and would recommend them if asked.

This must be a post from someone inside godaddy, because no would say their host interface is a breeze to operate. I'm a designer who makes things look pretty and user friendly for the web and this is neither. Basic function are so hard to find, that every time a client comes to me with a godaddy server I'm moving them ASAP!!! The entire site is there to sell you a ridiculous upgrade that most hosts give for free. Other "upgrades" are things that either you can manage on your own very easily or have no business managing without a quality website management company who can provide the service, better and for about the same price.

No kidding. This does look like a promo message.

Upon cancellation of our account at Godaddy, they issued refund, but to an old paypal with cards that are expired.

No confirmation on where the refund is issued to. So much for customer experience and support. needless to say 350 bux is GONE... The credit card company (we have no longer any relationship with) said Thank You very much for cash! But no refund back.

Their cPanel is horrendous - if you will be able to navigate through it - good luck.

Constantly our site was down at their "grid" hosting. Upon the transfer of our site to another host - 100% uptime. We kept hearing from Godaddy's reps that the problem was our Joomla. Not true. Upon hiring a team of consultants, they cleaned-up the code, but performance has not improved, with constant downtime. Now, at siteground - it loads in less than 2 seconds. And did I mention 100% uptime?

But, sure, those "hot girls" and Bob Parson are happy. No customer-experience focus in this company. What a waste!

Perhaps I feel this way because I'm out of 300 bux. Thanks to Godaddy.
