to this review here had problems with billing, if you have a friend make a present of hosting and they pay for it but the address of the account is not the same as the credit card, or you are not the same computer, they WILL cancel the account and dump everything with out notifying anyone for at least 6-10 hours. Fruad dept is not accessable by phone so you cannot fix a problem but only by e-mail. President of company is not at all interested in customer service only in other things not his company's workings. Tech service at night ( late east coast time) is better than day techs as they understand problems better and are not as rushed as daytime guys. Day shift also assumes that everyone has the same level as they in web writing and ability, so it can turn ugly or they get snippy. Once we got all the bugs worked out they have been up 100% of the time, mail works great, so over all after a fiasco at first they have now gone to a 9, only problem is no 1800 number for tech service so phone calls can get expensive as most time you are on hold for 10 minutes or more. I've never heard from Bob Parsons before, but I presently have an issue has to be resolved somewhere, and I have sent him a letter. I'm absolutely frosted with this company. |
